Google Talk mit Gaim

The jabber.org server was very unreliable in the last weeks so I decided to add the Google Talk as a backup.
It can be added as a regular jabber server for example in Gaim. The Google Talk tutorial for other clients stats to use
USER@gmail.com
but that didn't work and I had to change it to
USER@googlemail.com

PS: You'll need a Google Mail account to use Google Talk.
